How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING IN THE US ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100! AND $7 FLAT RATE FOR ANYTHING UNDER.

$15 Flat Rate on domestic expedited shipping on orders under 2 lb.

$25 Flat Rate on domestic expedited shipping on orders over 2 lbs.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic standard shipping can take up to 5-7 business days via USPS.

Domestic expedited shipping can take up to 2-3 business days via USPS.

We ship to Australia, Canada and Ireland 

Dhl express or USPS and cost is calculated at checkout. 

 

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL: If you haven't received your item after 30 days please contact us. All our orders come with tracking and we only work with trusted suppliers.

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and appropriate tracking number issued for the package.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and UPS. 

International shipping are shipped via DHL or USPS.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postal service will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you can then collect your package at the designated post office.

Tracking says my package is delivered but I haven't received anything what should I do?

If your address is correct and your package says "delivered" but hasn't reached you please contact the United States Postal Service or DHL. Shipping costs are paid to USPS and DHL, and once the package has been handed off to them it is their job to get it to you.
