Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

-You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item.

-We offer store credit only on returns and a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

- We offer Returns Within the US with Eligible items only

- Your return will be reviewed and a shipping label will be emailed shortly after.

-Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item. Click here if you want to start a return

- Bundles, Sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.  

-If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please return item and reorder when you're issued a gift card.

-Refunds are issued by a digital gift card sent to the email you have provided.

-Wedges and Wide Legs will not accept any returns after 30 days. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a store credit via email.

Store credit expires after 1 year.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Wedges and Wide Legs product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered or that fall underneath the aforementioned items that are ineligible for returns.

PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are:

  • Refused by the customer at the time of delivery or
  • Returned due to an undeliverable address

 

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED ITEMS

Defective/damaged items must be reported within 2 days of package receipt, if not reported we will not issue store credit. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it.

Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to sammylavin@wedgesandwidelegs.com— we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes.
