The item I want is sold out! How can I reorder?
We restock best seller items frequently. Click on the item you would like to purchase and select your desired size. You can be notified by email by clicking the “NOTIFY ME” button (this will show up when you install the In Stock Alerts app). Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also accept store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
How long after I place my order will it ship?
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours of credit card authorization (not including holidays). Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days.
All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM Pacific daylight time will begin processing on the following Monday.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not.

Why was my order cancelled?
Our items sell out very fast due to high demand. On rare occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are very unlikely. However, if an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

What happens if I forgot to use a discount code?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount.
