We all want to feel healthy, right? There’s no better feeling, after a hard morning workout, a fresh shower and a big ol’ healthy green smoothie. Say what you want about that, but it’s true. And if you haven’t tried it, go do it. And while you’re at it, do some journaling about all the crap you want to get off your chest and listen to that ~I AM~ youtube video. I promise it’ll change your life. I’m sure this is not the first health routine you’ve seen, and I promise it won’t be the last. It just may be the one that actually gets you inspired.
